For more than a decade Christian has been lecturing HR Professionals within various HR disciplines at the largest Educational Provider in Denmark as well as a Keynote Speaker, blogger, and senior HR lecturer at the Sister Company Sylvester & co – A Danish-based HR Management Consultancy.

Christian was the founder of the Conference DK Recruitment Days in 2012 which during the years evolved into one of the Leading HR Conference Companies commonly known as Nordic Recruitment Days and Nordic HR Tech Days up until 2019 which at its peaks had over 400 Senior HR participants from the Nordics attending as well as Thought Leaders and Globally recognized Keynote Speakers from all over the world. The conferences were privileged to attract sponsors representing a huge variety of global leading HR solution providers and cutting-edge HR Tech Scaleup Companies.

Christian was one of the first people in The Nordics to adopt LinkedIn as a networking and recruitment tool in 2004 and pioneered the first Facebook Recruitment Solution together with the only Facebook Partner (Komfo) in The Nordics at that time (2010).

Since the early beginning of the 2000s, Christian has built a vast HR network in the Nordics and has been practising the art of Headhunting since 2005.
